General Terms and Conditions

Booking Confirmation: All bookings are confirmed only upon full payment or agreed advance payment. Prices and availability are subject to change until the booking is confirmed. Payment Terms: Payments must be made by the due date as specified. Failure to do so may result in cancellation or additional fees. Travel Documents: It is the traveler’s responsibility to carry valid identification, passports, visas, and other necessary travel documents. Changes and Amendments: Any request for changes to confirmed bookings (dates, destinations, etc.) will be subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Liability: Adi Ghoom Travels will not be held responsible for any losses, damages, or injuries sustained during the trip. We act as an agent for transport, accommodation, and tour services and are not liable for any third-party actions or delays. Force Majeure: In case of events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, etc.), we reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel any part of the itinerary.

Cancellation Policy

Before 30 Days: Full refund minus any transaction fees.
Between 15-29 Days: 50% refund of the total amount.
Within 14 Days: No refund.
No Show: No refund will be provided.
Cancellation by Adi Ghoom Travels: In the unlikely event that we cancel your trip due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or an alternative travel option will be provided.
Amendment Charges: Any changes made to bookings may incur amendment fees, depending on the service provider’s policies.
